I keep getting blue screen IRLQ error messages, after the last error and restart, I got a notification that Trend Micro and Cisco had crashed, the last message was IRLQ Not equal or less, with the accompanying message ks.sys failure and on digging deeper CMOD failure. I updated all drivers this afternoon trying to stop these 3-4 times per day crashes. PC is is HP Pavilion DESKTOP-0Q5BO99, OS windows 10 home premium, Trend Micro version 15.0.1172.

Hi bagnall66

Did You update the graphics drivers?
Also possible, do a memory test.
Also if possible, do a hardware cleaning, dust out the cabinet and all the vent's.
Good luck.

Kind regards,
Tom

Hi Tom, I have updated all drvers and I did a memory test recently, the unit is a HP Compaq all in one that is new. I get different message each time it crashes.
Cheers.
Tom.

Hi bagnall66,

What was the last activity of the Trend Micro program before this happened? Was it recently upgraded to the latest version automatically? Have you also made any changes on your computer prior to this? Probably install or remove other programs?

Awaiting your response.
