I have the following:

Trend Micro Maximum Security 2017 - latest version 11.1.1045 and fully updated
MalwareBytes 3.0 (Premium)
MCShield (Free)
HitMan Pro (Premium)
Zemana Antilogger (Premium)

Note: This issue didn't appear when and while I was having Malwarebytes, MCShield, and HitMan Pro. I don't know when this issue happened and just recently I installed Zemana Antilogger (Premium). The attachment said "There is currently an issue with some Chrome Browsers". Is this an worldwide issue? Google Chrome Browser is fully updated 59.0.3071.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Trend Micro can protect you . do not use other AV .

Also always use only one Security software on any device .

Hi Amir

As stated in several threads HitMan Pro and MalwareBytes are designed to run alongside with antivirus, they are not conflicting. I don't know MCShield and Zemana Antilogger, but they aren't listed as conflicting programs to be removed .

But I agree 5 security programs is maybe a little overkill. :)
I use TM, MalwareBytes (the free one) and are testing HitmanPro Premiun with no issues.

Hi @ahsans,

Thank you for posting your concern here.

We are sorry that your Password Manager is not working. Let me assist you on this. Please try to uninstall the Password Manager on your computer or simply follow the steps provided on the link below:

"Unable to Help with Your Passwords" error message appears when clicking the Password Manager Toolbar on your browser

Once uninstalled, kindly Install Password Manager Chrome BHO (Extension) directly from Chrome Store. Here's the link:

Password Manager Extension on Chrome Store

If the above link did not work, please refer to the steps on the link below:

Nothing happens when clicking "Install Extension" to enable Password Manager Extension on Google Chrome

As for the other security program installed on your computer, please know that running two security software on one PC causes conflicts between these two programs. One may disable some of the functions of the other security program and the other way around. Since you are running two or more different security programs, one may also detect a specific file as valid and one may detect it as a threat.Conflicts usually result on false detection, making your PC more vulnerable to threats. With that said, you may choose only one security program to run on your computer.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if there's anything that we can help you with.

Thank you and have a great day! :)

Hi Dianne

Non of those programs are listet as conflicting. And at least MalwareBytes and HitmanPro are designed to run alongside with an antivirus program, they are an addition to antivirus.

I don't know the two other programs, but they aren't listed by Trend Micro as conflicting programs to be removed.

Hi @ahsans,

We checked with our internal team and replicated the issue. The issue appears to be fixed. It is also a good idea to make sure that your Chrome is updated. Can you confirm if everything is all good now?

@Hi TM_JB,

It didn't work. The link that TM_Dianne provided isn't helpful and it's a bit hard to follow/understand. Please make the link very helpful so that a beginner level customer can easily understand it. So I uninstalled the Password Manager.  I have made post (private post between me and Trend Micro employee) about switching to either Trend Micro Antivirus+ Security, Internet Security, or Premium Security. I had second thoughts about switching to Internet Security and then Premium Security and right now I am thinking about switching to Antivirus+ Security.

I don't think I need these additional features like Parental Controls, Social Privacy Scanner, and PC Health Checkup. I don't need parental controls because this is my personal laptop. I don't need social privacy scanner, because i can set privacy settings from Facebook and etc. For PC Health Checkup, I am always and everyday making sure I keep my laptop updated. Most importantly internet security, maximum security, and premium security has the password manager and I don't want the password manager.

My Google Chrome Browser is fully updated. I think what is causing that Password manager is that I have Zemana Antilogger installed or that Google Chrome browser is having some compatibility issues with the password Manager? Did you contact Google regarding about this and I want to keep Zemana Antilogger. Thanks.

Hi @ahsans,

We know where you are coming from and we would like to help you further on this matter. I understand that you do not want the Password Manager and you have uninstalled it on your end. As for switching on other Trend Micro products, you may want to check first the comparison of our products and see for yourself which program suits your need. Please see the link below:

Trend Micro Security Products Overview

For the Zemana Antilogger, please know that this software is a security program as well. As what we have mentioned before, it is not advisable for the users to run two or more security software. It is either you choose between Trend Micro program and the other security program.

Thank you for your patience on this.

@TM_Dianne,

I will be downgrading from Maximum Security to Internet Security ( I made a private post regarding about this) so that I wont be getting the Password Manager. Easy fix :-D.

Thanks so much for your assistance :-)
