Trend Micro keeps requiring the laptop to restart as it has run into a problem and been disabled. What can I do to fix this problem?

My Laptop is an Alienware Laptop from Dell. I use Windows 10 as an operating system.

Hi tomheasley, I found that you have contacted our Phone Support over this issue and you have been provided with this instruction: “Protection Disabled ... Restart Required” still appears when opening the main console of your Trend Micro Security
