Trend Micro Internet/security won't start

I have Win 10. Trend Micro worked. It won't load now. I try using the Windows Security & Maintenance window. It says TMIS is off. I select it, click the Turn On button. The TMIS icon displays in the task bar (lower right), then disappears. I go to the "Start Menu", click on the TMIS icon, the logo displays, then closes; no change in "Off" status.
