My harddisk capacity is 95 GB. After I got the message that disk C is full, I found out that the folder C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\debug contains 51,6 GB!!! What happened?
This is risky... win 10 can become unstable. How do I fix this?

Hi @hotmale_thijs and welcome to the community!

Thank you for posting your concern here and apologies for the troubles we may have caused.

One reason for this issue is because the debuglog server was not stopped after support tool finished collecting logs. To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Open Trend Micro DiagnosticToolkit.

2. Under debug tab, click on “FinishCollecting Data”.

3. Manually delete debug logs folder at C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\debug.

4. Restart computer and check TrendMicro Diagnostic Toolkit again if it’s still collecting data.

5. If issue persists, reinstallyour Trend Micro program. Here is the link for the installation instructions:

Installing Trend Micro Internet Security 2017

We hope this helps and should you have further concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.

Have a great day! :)

Hi,

Thanks for your help.
For me it is not quite clear which folders to delete.
Can you specify the folders.

C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\AMSP\debug contains various files and folders, for example:
7
10001
10002
10019
20001
20002
20019
script
and many files

I think I have to delete the maps 100xx and 200xx.
Do I have to delete map 7 too?
Do I have to delete the map script too?
Do I have to delete any files?
