WHAT CAUSES MY ANTI VIRUS (TREND MICRO) PROGRAM TO FREEZE UP. I RUN FULL BACK-UP AND IT LOCKS UP AT 50% COMPLETE. STOPS AT "C:\WINDOWS\WINSXS\X..."

Thank you for reporting this issue. For your situation, we suggest you disable the Antivirus + Security and reboot the computer, then try the full back up again to see if it can be completed.
