Trend Micro, Firefox and Pandora

I am using Windows 8.1, Trend Micro Internet Security, Firefox 47.0 and Flash Player My issue is that will NOT fully load / play unless I first turn off Trend Micro Internet Security. I have to turn TMIS off and let pandora load and start playing only then can I turn TMIS back on and have pandora continue to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both firefox and flash player several times. This issue appears to be a TMIS issue. I have disabled TM BEP and Toolbar in the add ons and it seems to make no difference. Help please.

Thank you for informing this issue. The unresponsive Flash issue that you're encountering seems related to the conflict between Internet Security and Shockwave, and we are already working on a fix. Once a solution is available, we will update you ASAP.

Meanwhile, we suggest you to add Pandora's URL to the Exception List of your Internet Security. Please refer to the page below for steps:
