Trend Micro Expired but I just renewed

Every year it's the same thing. I renew or buy a new Trend Micro and then start getting messages about how my Trend Micro has expired. I'm sick of it

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. This notice is due to an old license registered on your account. Are you receiving the message via pop-up? If so, you have to change your serial number to the new one that was provided to you upon your purchase. You may check this link for instructions:

That does not help at all.  My subscription shows I still have 303 days left on my product.  It's the password protection that is telling me I', out of date

The Trend Micro Password Manager is telling you that it is expired but the Trend Micro Maximum Security is not? Is this correct?
