Trend Micro does not automatically start at computer startup

At computer startup, Trend Micro does not automatically start. Have to manually bring up the application for it to startup. What could cause this?

If Maximum Security is already in the Windows Startup folder, but it still cannot be started automatically when computer boots up, we suggest you to perform a malware scan to check your computer safety by using Trend Micro HouseCall tool first.
Scanning your computer using Trend Micro HouseCall (For Home Users)

After HouseCall completed, please re-install your Maximum Security to reset the program.
