Dear Madam, Dear Sir, since 2 days my trend micro maximum window simply disappears from the screen shortly after starting the daily routine. It seems to me that a bug or else is disturbing the scanning process. Do you think that a new installation will be the cure? Best regards Peter
May we know at what percentage of the scan does the window disappear? It's possible that this is a performance issue but there's a high probability that this is caused by an ongoing issue with the update, sorry about that and our support are already checking on it.
To do a clean installation, kindly refer on the following steps: 1.) Uninstall using the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit - You may open the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit using a windows search - Go to Uninstall tab and click "Stop All Components" - After a while, click on "Uninstall a Software" 2.) Reinstall Trend Micro program - Please refer on this link
