Trend Micro Disabled and requiring restart to fix problem

I have had the following notification 5 times this morning - 'A problem has temporarily interrupted your protection. Please restart the computer to fix the problem.' Each time I have restarted as instructed, only to have it happen again 10mins later. My subscription is current and I have run a full scan which has come up as clear with no issues? Why is this happening and what can I do to stop it happening again so I can get work done?

Welcome to the Trend Micro Community.

Your account shows that almost all of your devices are running with the Trend Micro's latest version aside from Sam's DESKTOP, are you having the issue to this computer?

If yes, we need to install the new version of Trend Micro Security, here's how you can Upgrade Trend Micro Security software to the latest version.

If it's the other computer's running with the latest version here's a solution to fix it.  "Protection Disabled" error message appears when opening the main console of your Trend Micro Security program.
