Trend Micro Blocks all my payments on web sites and requests to temporary disable the protection. Why?

Trend Micro issues a block any time I use my AMEX card. Then I can temporary disable the protection to perform the payment. Still in many site I lose my order because of that (tickets booking, bids and other time dependant buys). I couldn't find in the setting how to prevent this blocking . Trend Micro toolbar is installed but didn't find any setting in that as well. I lowered the protection strength to Low and still it doesn't help.
