There is a new update from Microsoft to patch for the new Meltdown vulnerability, however Micro Trend is not yet compatible with the emergency patch so it is preventing the update from running. When will this be fixed???

Per PC World: Some antivirus products aren’t playing nice with the emergency patch, causing Blue Screens of Death and boot-up errors. Microsoft says it’s only “offering the Windows security updates released on January 3, 2018 to devices running anti-virus software from partners who have confirmed their software is compatible with the January 2018 Windows operating system security update.”

I got the Windows Update today, I have done nothing special to make it happen.  Did NOT do the Registry edit.  Did two different systems that both run Trend Micro Internet Security.
