Trend Micro Anti-Spam Toolbar

I'm trying activate Trend Micro Anti-Spam Toolbar on a new PC's with Windows 10 installed. The activation link is not grayed out but when I select in it still fails to activate.

Any suggestions, I've followed all the instructions you have provided.

Thank you for contacting. Maximum Security provides Antispam Toolbar on Outlook, Windows Mail, and Windows Live Mail. Here's an online help page that explains how to activate Antispam Toolbar. If you haven't tried the solution yet, please give it a try:
Using the Antispam Toolbar of Trend Micro Security

Antispam Toolbar only supports spam filtering in email programs listed in the online doc below. If you are using Outlook 2016, we're afraid that Antispam Toolbar is not compatible with Outlook 2016 yet. Also if you use email service's website directly (e.g. gmail.com, mail.yahoo.com), then Antispam Toolbar cannot be enabled there. 
Email programs supported by Trend Micro Security

If the problem persists after you tried above solution, please provide the name of the mail program that you're using, and a description or picture of the screen for this issue would also be very helpful. Thank you.

Hi,

I've already read the links, and followed the instructions.
Attached is a screen shot of Outlook 2016 with Windows 10.
I've been with using Trend for a number of years instructions are vague including your support pages then raising a question is a real pain, logging in and out of accounts.
Resolve my problem and I might consider staying with you !!!!!

We apologize for the late reply. After confirmation, the good news is the latest version of Trend Micro Security is ready for Outlook 2016, and it released on 2016-9-13! Please install the latest version and check if your problem is resolved. Here's a reference doc for the steps:

A late response because I knew I had already done this step.
I have competed the download last year and installed it.
What next?
How do I get it to work or do I need to move to one of your competitors who can stop all the spam we are receiving and provide better customer service and support?
