We have Trend Micro for two Lenovo PC's. and we keep getting disabled on one of them. The message says to deactivate one of three devices and we only share a subscription with two PC's. No "desktop" is on our subscription.
I tried to check your account and it seems that you registered the "Lenovo-PC" twice. The other one is "this lenovo laptop". You can remove the duplicate "Lenovo-PC" under your Trend Micro license by following the steps on the link below.
