Trend makes bank web sites unusable.

After accessing any bank "front page" if you want individual account data, Trend prevents this, and one has to disable Trend to use ANY bank data

I'm having a similar problem, but I'm using Google.com. Trying to buy items from AMAZON, but Trend won't allow it????

Tobe exact, did you get a “Transfer of protected data blocked” error message? Ifso, please check the link below on how to temporarily disable Data TheftPrevention.

“Transfer of Protected Data Blocked” error message appearswhen visiting web pages.

Ifyou want to permanently disable the feature, you may follow the steps below.

1.      Open the main console of your Trend MicroSecurity software.

2.      Click the Privacy tab.

3.      Beside the Data Theft Prevention, click Configure.

4.      On the Introduction page, click OK.

5.      Drag the slider to OFF  to disable DataTheft Prevention.
