I have an account for several computers. I have one with Windows 7 on it (Scott - Home) where I have a message stating that "Trend Micro No Longer Supports this Software" but won't let me download the latest version. Do you have any idea why that might happen? I have a second computer in the same account where I clearly have to upgrade the Operating System (Scott - Apartment) as it currently has Windows XP on it. I am in the process of making that change, but would this potentially affect the entire account? I wouldn't think it should, but I don't understand why the first computer brought that message up as well. It appears the message showed up on both computers at the same time. Thoughts?

Welcome to the Home Users Community, escott1!

It shows here that your device "Scott - Home" is currently using the 2015 version of the Trend Micro Maximum Security program that's why you are receiving the message that it's no longer supported.

The Windows 7 OS should be compatible for the latest version (version 2018) of the Trend Micro Maximum Security program. Can you provide us the steps on how you are trying to download the installer and install it? Are you receiving an error message during the installation?

For the meantime, you can download the installer on this link.

Thanks! :)
