Trend is disabled and no longer supports

How come my Trend Mirco says it no longer 'supports' it says
"All support for this release officially concluded on 1/29/2018."
What happens my pc has trend disabled and i can't enable it at all.
Please help me, thanks.

I think you are still using an older version. 
Please check at 'Software Information' page of the product, it has to be 12.0.1226.

If not, download and install newest from here. 
Be sure to download the proper version, Antivirus+, Internet Security or Maximum Security.

- Remove old version
- Download and install new version.
