Are you getting any pop-up messages from your Trend Micro Security software every time you encounter this problem? If yes, we'll appreciate if you can send us a screenshot of that pop up in this thread.

In addition to that, you may try to manual update the Trend Micro program on your computer then replicate the issue. To do that, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the Trend Micro icon on your system tray
2. Click 'Check for program updates'
3. For other options on how to update, you may check this page: Updating your Trend Micro Security software

If you still encounter the same problem, please let us know.
