Trend icon does not show in red when I open Internet Explorer or Google a website

Recently, when I turn on my computer and open browser (Internet Explorer) go to Google or Chrome, the Trend icon does not show in red. I get a messge on the computer telling me Trend is not working. I then have to close the browser, wait and often repeatedly re-open Internet Explorer before the Trend icon shows in red to indicate Trend is working. Can you explain this or tell me if I should be doing something?

May I know your computer's operating system version? Can you try to restart your computer and check if it will happen again?
