TREND has been scanning at 79% for over 6 hours how do I fix it!!!

Welcome to TM Home users Community, a public site where volunteers try to help each-other , also there are TM Employees that can give answers, that is only at working hours. I am just a volunteer!
Can you see the program that he is scanning at that moment , it is maybe to big.
Else look here:
Scan hangs at 70% to 80%

You can stop the scan like this:
Window/r type "SupportTool.exe"
click on C,
click on 5, then after a while
click on 4
Hope this solved it.
