Trend Fails to Update Account After Payment to Geek Squad

We paid for continuing service for our Trend Micro Internet Security account through Geek Squad. We cannot open our Password Manager until Geek Squad processes the transaction to Trend Micro. This is ridiculous. Trend takes no responsibility for this.

Apologies for the trouble, since your subscription was paid through BestBuy they are the one who can extend your subscription. They have the renewal details even if it is a Trend Micro program which ufortunately we have no access. 

However, we are now checking in our end how we can possibly assist you in this matter. I will let you know any update as soon as possible.

As per BestBuy, it takes 24 hours for the renewal to completely finish the process. Checking in our end, your subscription has now been extended until 4/11/2019, please verify in your end.
