Trend email support not working with Windows 10

Trend Micro email support and support chat does not work with Windows 10.  If you need to email or chat with tech support use something other than windows.  I used a Fire tablet and it worked fine.

I am using Windows 10 Professional 64 bit with Microsoft Edge browser.  Here is a link to the page I was trying to use.

The drop down lists labeled Product Name, Operating System and Language do not work.  I also tried the same page with Internet Explorer and it did not work.
