Trend decided to install an update about a week ago, Received "Restart required" error message repeatily

Trend decided to install an update about a week age. received "Restart required" error message several times. Clicked on link to fix the problem, printed out instructions and followed them. Got as far as "Installation Incomplete... Error Code:......... when installing Trend Micro Security software. Clicked on that link and started to follow steps - got nowhere (the Uninstall Tool stared to load but after clicking I accept the terms...... - NOTHING HAPPENS! I now have no PC SECURITY! and my license with you has about 6 months to run and you are not providing the PAID FOR Product!
