Trend blocking emails from a longtime person even though my computer tells you that this is a safe person.

If the still problem persists, could you please provide the following info so we can assist you further:
- are there any attachments in the blocking emails?
- text or screenshot of the blocked error message 
- e-mail service used (e.g.,
- e-mail program used (e.g. Outlook, Outlook Express)

Although the sender is someone you trusted, the attachment might be unknowingly infected with virus without the sender's knowledge. We'll help you furthe after we receive your info.
