Initiated a full scan on the PC. Scan ran for 4 to 5 minutes, when the PC froze. Had to switch off the PC and reboot. Have not tried another full scan. Never had this issue with previous versions of Trend on this PC. Special Built PC Windows 10 32 bit Trend Beta 2020
Thank you for raising this concern/possible bug with Trend Micro Security 2020 Beta. You mentioned that your PC froze when you ran a full scan. With that, we need you to collect and submit logs to us for further checking on our back end.
How to collect logs? 1. Click Start menu. 2. Search for"Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit" then click. 3.On debug tab,click "Start Collecting Data". 4. Try to reproducethe said issue. 5. Once finished,click "Finish Collecting Data".
