tmumh service failed to start

Every time I reboot my system, I receive 2 errors regarding the tmumh service.  Is this a critical error.  I notice you have taken all references offline so I am looking for my answer.

System Desc:

Dell XPS 8700

32gb ram

3.7ghz Core I7

256 gb  SSD

AMD Radeon HD 7700 Graphics

Thank you for reporting this issue. For your issue, if it's an Event Viewer errors issue, we'd like to confirm the details:
  1. Besides the Event Viewer errors issue, are there any problems with your Trend Micro Security? (e.g. cannot open main console, error message XXX is shown etc.)
  2. When has the issue happened? (e.g. after performing the installation of Windows 10 Anniversary Update etc.)
