tme1.sys error on startup

Windows 7 won't startup normally because tme1.sys is missing or corrupt. Error 0xc0000098
Is this a Trend Micro file?
(I have Internet Security 10)

I am on TM Max 11 and i dont have the file
Did you try this:
But if i got a problem, i go back with System Restore first!
