that's a little bit strange because just a month ago I have similar problem but with TrendMicro Internet Security v10 and after reinstalling TM successfully reactivate license what is the difference ?

Please understand that the Trend Micro version for the Windows XP has already reached its end-of-life which means that there are possibilities that the program will no longer work due to issues on the operating system. We highly advise that you upgrade to at least Windows 7 SP1 for your full protection.
