I have had to change my password several times in order for your program to allow ME to use a credit card and each time your program will not recognize the passward to temporarily allow the credit card data to be used. This SUCKS!

As a Trend user for decades, I was disappointed in their unwillingness to correct a problem I had after an update---so I got Microsoft to fix it.  They advised me that I did not need Trend, & so I did not renew.  I cannot believe how much better my computer works without Trend.

Hi SEAMANALAN

You never accept help, you never give the information so we can help, you can drop here 100 screenshots if you want, never see 1 from you, ask you several times for it!!!
So if you want help, stop with reacting on all kinds of mail's here and put in a real question with screenshots and if someone ask you to do something, try them !!!!

Kind regards,
Tom

First off I have described the problem a number of times.  But here I go again...  when attempting to pay a bill on line with a credit card I have recorded/stored in your program it would be blocked and I would have to enter my password in order to temporarily allow the card information to go through.  I would type in my password and I would get a response the password was incorrect.  I was using the correct password.  After five attempts I would be directed to retrieve my password in my email.  Guess what?  It was my password that I had been using.  After going through this process about  5 or 6 times it gets frustrating and it sucks. I also believe there is/was a master password for access to enter or change information or data such as credit cards... so I evidently  had two passwords.  I attempted several times to change my password but that did not help and somehow my old password would access the password manager.  I used the community forum and found others have had a similar problem with some suggestions to resolve the problem.  Didn't work.  I ended up downloading an updated version of trend, Maybe something was not downloaded with the initial purchase/download...? I did phone someone with trend and they did solve the problem but the next day the problem was  back.  I think the updated download has solved the problem.  Also I had another security program operating and maybe that was interfering with the initial download.  Who knows.  If there are any more issues I'll be sure to contact you.  We'll see how this works for now but I WILL NOT RENEW TREND.  If one more issues occurs I'll uninstall and get something better.

Hi sgtjimick30

Can you provide us with more specific information.
Os, used browser, used TM version.
If you use the password manager, maybe this will help.

Hi sgtjimick30

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. This may happen due to multiple email addresses used for your Trend Micro account and can be solved by reinstalling the program (which you have already done). Should you require additional assistance, please let us know.
