I have had to change my password several times in order for your program to allow ME to use a credit card and each time your program will not recognize the passward to temporarily allow the credit card data to be used. This SUCKS!
As a Trend user for decades, I was disappointed in their unwillingness to correct a problem I had after an update---so I got Microsoft to fix it. They advised me that I did not need Trend, & so I did not renew. I cannot believe how much better my computer works without Trend.
I'm sorry to hear of your experience. This may happen due to multiple email addresses used for your Trend Micro account and can be solved by reinstalling the program (which you have already done). Should you require additional assistance, please let us know.
