I'd sure like to know how you can scan fully in under 5 minutes. Why? Because a full scan takes any company closer to minimum of 12 minutes. I've watched. I KNOW there are 2 hackers hidden in programs both thanks to Microsoft Certified on top of their flip on screen-in China, of course. Got rid of part, got into another program and are still there. I can look as scanning and know where you are. You are NOT scanning my computer but one site, either Windows or Google and I think only Google. So since I am well under 30 days it is best you come clean on it, don't tell me to buy added programs. You have some really nice people working for you, but I am not going to be fooled again. so let's see FULL SCAN next time, OK?

Hello @youngcarole13 and welcome to Community!

Thank you for informing us that your Full Scan doesn't take any longer than 5 minutes.

Please be informed that when full scan is already ran within a 24 hour period, any attempt to run a scan at this time will be much faster because it will simply skip the some big files that are already scanned and cleaned by the full scan. This may be the reason why it was much faster. The number of files on the computer may also affect the speed of the scan. Also, the scan speed is being affected by the number of threats it collects and the number of files it scans so any changes on these variables will significantly affect the speed and results of the scan.

If you feel that your computer has some malicious files or programs installed on your computer, you may contact our Standard Support Hotline to assist you in removing or cleaning your computer. You may find the support hotline here

Thank you and have a great day!
