The TM Troubleshooting Tool shows as having been "removed from my computer". Why? Was it not included in the original pruchase price?

Hi wgsublette and welcome to the community!

The Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool is one of our tool that will allow us to access your computer and run commands. However, we recommend that you should only open or use it if a Trend Micro support is guiding and helping you with your concern.

Should you have further questions, please let us know so that we can assist you.

Thank you and have a great day!

Hi @wgsublette!

In addition to what TM_Shei has mentioned, possible reason that you received this pop-up is because your Trend Micro program has been automatically upgraded to the latest version which is the version 12.

You may verify if you still have the Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool installed simply by going to Start>All Programs>Trend Micro>Trend Micro Troubleshooting Tool.

Thanks!
