I cancelled Auto-Renew but now the button for "Latest Updates" has been replaced by "Renew Now" button. How can I get the latest updates since my subscription does not expire until 09/11/2018?

Hello blakej411,

Welcome to the Community.

Renewal notices on your Trend Micro Security program appear at roughly about 2 weeks before your subscription expires. And about the updates, you don't have to worry about it since your Trend Micro program updates itself automatically every 3 hours as long as it is connected to the internet.

If you would like to manually update your Trend Micro program just as how you're doing it before, here are some other ways to do it.

Updating your Trend Micro Security software

I hope this clears the concern. If you have any other question, please let us know.
