The reCaptcha image

The reCaptcha image doesn't appear on the screen of my computer. Is this problem caused by Trend Micro or a Trend Micro setting? Is there a solution for my problem? Is it a computer specific problem because on other computers it work

Welcome to this community,
To check if TM is the problem, go tray, then right click TM icon, then Exit and if the problem then still exist it is not TM, we like to here from you.

I have checked. The problem still exist. TM  has no influence.
