the password manager just seems to have stopped working

Password manager was popping up every time I need to use a password for access on the internet and now it just seems to have stopped.
This is a new computer and originally it was using bing as the home page and I have switched to google. Would this cause it to stop?

I understand that the Password Manager seems to have stopped working. By the way, what is the web browser that you're using? Is it Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox?

Please check if the Password Manager is enabled on your web browser.

Thanks I am using Google Chrome.
I can see the Trend micro extension but there is no extension for Password Manager I tried looking in the google store for it but it wasn't there.

Thank you for the update.

The Password Manager Extension is not available on Google Play Store but it can be enabled by following the steps below.

       1.    Open Google Chrome.

       2.    Click the Google Chrome menu. This is the 3 horizontal lines or dots you see at the upper right corner of Google Chrome just below the “X” icon.

       3.    Click More Tools > Extensions.

       4.    Mark the Enable box for Trend Micro Password Manager.

If you are still not able to see the extension from the Extensions tab on Google Chrome, please make sure that Password Manager is still installed on your computer.  If it is not installed, you may reinstall it by following the steps on the link below.

I found an extension link on the trend site and have uploaded that and it was working now.
