Hello usmcgrunt. If TM is installed on your PC, you should have the Trend Micro icon on your start or home page. You can left-click that icon and either scan whenever you wish to, or, using the "settings" (the little cog), you can set it to scan any day or every day you want at whatever time you want it to.
