The app store says the app is unavailable in my region. I live in NZ. I cant seem to protect my iphone or ipad. Can you please help?

I just brought your product for 2 year protection for up to 6 devices. Unfortunately the app store says the app is unavailable in my region (iPhone, purchased in NZ and with a NZ contract). My ipad mini also cant get the app as it's unavailable in the UK. I live in NZ and bought the Trend product from a NZ retailer. I cant seem to protect my iphone or ipad. Can you please help?

Thanks for posting it here. The app should be available on your region, can you try to follow the instruction on this link on how to install the Trend Micro Mobile Security for iOS?  Also, check if your devices meet the system requirement for the app.
