Apologies for this issue. May I know if this also happens when you access the portal from your phone's browser or from other browsers on your PC other than Chrome? 
You may try to delete the cache of your browser and revisit the website portal to see if this will resolve the issue.

To delete the cache of your Google Chrome browser, press CTRL + ALT + Delete and then select the option to delete the Cache.

I just created a new account in the anti-loss portal and everything works correctly. Login with my official account and the problem indicated in the screenshot persists:

Were you able to delete the Cache/cookies on your browser? Have you also tried to use another web browser just to check if the same issue will appear?
