Apologies for this issue. May I know if this also happens when you access the portal from your phone's browser or from other browsers on your PC other than Chrome? You may try to delete the cache of your browser and revisit the website portal to see if this will resolve the issue.
To delete the cache of your Google Chrome browser, press CTRL + ALT + Delete and then select the option to delete the Cache.
