System provides wrong address

I am trying to renew my subscription to Trend Micro Maximum Security. When I put in my zip code on the order form, it gives my address as West Virginia. It should be Virginia. How can I correct this and proceed with my order?

If the Zip code you put in is your correct one, I don't believe the end result will make a difference. It sounds to me that Trend Micro may have your Zip code listed as W. Virginia rather than Virginia. I don't think it should matter for renewal. Give it a try and see if you're able to renew.
