Supposed urgent Microsoft message sent warning of infection

I'm being told by what is supposed to be Microsoft that my computer is infected with some type of porographic or pornographic virus that is sending critical info from my computer to an unknown address...I scanned my computer with your service then retrieved all available updates and scanned again...there was nothing found...what is going on is there something that can infect my computer and you guys service would not detect it
