subscription renewal not activating

I renewed my subscription, downloaded and installed the new version...yet I am still getting the message that my subscription is about to expire.

Thanks for renewing our Internet Security! We checked your account information and looks like the license has been activated and the expire date is May 20th 2017. After you renew and receive an Order Confirmation email, your subscription will be extended within 24 to 48 hours, so it's possible the expiration message was sent before the new subscription was auto-activated.

You said my subscription expires in 30 days, so I renewed and it did not work, I checked my subscription paper work and it says it does not expire till 12/2016.....so you lied and cheated me out of 5 months coverage plus I keep getting error messages the renewal didn't work.....I am calling my State D.A. office for Consumer Fraud....a big company like this has to cheat people

my subscription on computer renews 2018 on my phone runs out in 5 days cannot upgrade it
