My account shows a subscription serial number for my old computer that expires soon & I no longer have that computer. How do I get that product or subscription serial number cancelled?

Why would you want it cancelled unless you had your cc details registered for renewal I would call the very helpful customer service number and ask them to transfer your subscription to your new computer and mobile. They are very helpful and can walk you through all the details

Hi swanro, thank you for liking our Call Support Service!

Hi gttg818, as swanro mentioned, you can transfer your subscription to another computer and enjoy the remaining days of your Trend Micro Security product by below support page:
Installing Antivirus+ Security 2017

Just make sure you've disabled the Auto-Renewal service from your Trend Micro Account. Here's an online document for your reference:
About Auto-Renew - see "Disabling Auto Renewal" section.

Please let us know if you have other concern.

Thank you, swanro & TM_Claudia.  As I had initially stated I no longer have the old computer. I gave it away, not realizing the Anti Virus was still in effect; so, I cannot disable anything on that computer. This is neither here nor there but I was moving & had to get rid of a lot of stuff in a hurry.  And, I have a "new" Trend Micro subscription on my new(er) computer.  I also do not auto-renew on anything; so, I suppose I can just let this old subscription expire.  Lastly, I tried to send an email (to Trend Micro) via the Contact webpage but it would not take my message nor when I tried to enter a review.  I have never had to contact Trend Micro till now. This is why I opted to go to this community board, to get some kind of answer.  Thank you, both, for your input.

Hi gttg818, even you have given the old computer away, it still can be disabled from Trend Micro account and transfer to a new computer. You can refer to this online help page:
Transferring a license from one device or computer to another

Hope it helps!

Thank you, TM_Claudia.  It looks as though you missed the part on my last response where I said "And, I have a "new" Trend Micro subscription on my new(er) computer....".  Ergo, I do not need to (renew) & "transfer" the (old) subscription to my new/er computer.  Also, I do not find a link in my Trend Micro account where I can either cancel or disable the subscription.  It only has an edit link where I can change the Subscription "Description".  How about if you would, please, show me or give me a link how I can cancel this "old"/expiring subscription; then, please also tell me what I need to do to show that this inquiry is complete & can be closed.

Also, what is the "Points" for?  As I have previously noted, this was the 1st time I've posted an inquiry, here; so, I don't know why there are Points and what they can be, or are, used for,

Thanks, again..

Sorry for my misunderstanding. I just though if you would like to use the old subscription on another computer.

Since your old subscription is expiring on Oct-23 and the Auto Renew has been disabled, there's no need to cancel the subscription. When it reaches the expiry date, you will no longer have your old subscription renewed automatically.

Regarding the Points that you earned from posting, it not only shows the participation and contribution to this community, but also will make you earn the “Champion” status or be eligible for future product beta programs and other promotions.

Hope I am able to address your concern, and please let me know if you have further questions. Thank you!
