Hi I received a bill today stating that on 1/23/18 I will be automatically be billed for my subscription. According to my license I'm good until 2019.

I checked your records and it turns out that the auto-renewal is on your account. If you recall almost a year ago, you reached out to support about your license. The support engineer manually extended your license but forgot to remove the auto-renewal which is why it gave you the email notice now. Anyway, I've turned off the auto-renewal and you are correct that your license is good until January 21, 2019.
