I checked your records and it turns out that the auto-renewal is on your account. If you recall almost a year ago, you reached out to support about your license. The support engineer manually extended your license but forgot to remove the auto-renewal which is why it gave you the email notice now. Anyway, I've turned off the auto-renewal and you are correct that your license is good until January 21, 2019.
