To be sure that the auto renewal subscription is disabled, kindly check if the green Auto Renew slider is still ON on your Trend Micro Account. Otherwise, you should see the Renew Now button.

You may go to the link woodartisan55 sent to login to your Trend Micro account then tap on the slider for "Auto Renew" until it turns grey to disable it. Know that there's a "forgot your password?" function on the same link just in case you forgot your password.
