Trend Micro home users program asking to uninstall Microsoft added another protection along with this one due to being hit with virus yesterday

First, could you please run an update manually by following steps:
  1. Right-click on the Trend Micro system tray icon at the bottom right corner of your screen.
  2. Click "Check for Program Updates" and the About Your Software windows will appear and will automatically check for available updates.
Second, please run a Full Scan. You can refer to the steps below to check if there are any threats on your computer by performing a Full Scan:
  1. Open the main console of your Maximum Security.
  2. Click the arrow beside Scan.
  3. Select Full Scan.
After you trying above solution, please provide the following information:
  1. Provide the screenshot of "asking to uninstall Microsoft".
  2. Provide the  screenshot of the result of Full Scan. 
  3. More detailed description of this issue

From the screenshot you provided, that means a file with an unremovable threat or a suspected spyware program was deleted and the problem was solved by Trend Micro Security. Here's a support document for your reference:
