I've been really happy with your products and service to date, and recently renewed again for 2 years (version 11.0.1158). Now I find out protection on my iPad mini 32-bit expires in 16 days, with no options evident. Your FAQ advising existing clients "Do not install the update" (to 32-bit devices) doesn't advise how I can continue protecting my device. I have 16 days to work out if:
- it's possible to extend the subscription to the OLD iOS version (3.2.1190, or
- you're working on something (as some of the online replies seem to imply): or
- must we simply go to other products for 32-bit devices.
