Hi,
Who can help me on this won.
If i open "Social Networking Protection" i only see Explorer, no Firefox, no Chrome !
Did a new instal from Firefox and Chrome and also TM,
But still nothing there!

Hi Tom, sorry for the late response and thanks for always helping others in this community.

Have you install and enable Trend Micro Toolbar in your Chrome and Firefox browser? If not, you may follow the instructions in our support page to do so: Using the Trend Micro Toolbar feature of Trend Micro Security

If Trend Micro Toolbar has installed in both browser, but they still don't display on Social Networking Protection feature, please provide the basic PC info and the browser version of Chrom and Firefox that you're using. We'll be glad to assist you!

As  a PUG tester of TM earlyer this year, got the same problems, at the end they say the problems where over and the beta testing ended. I did not look at it again ;) But now i am answering questions here and do a new install after using all of the programs to clean out the old versions. I saw that the old problems are stil there no Firefox and Chrome.  The link above you provided, does not work. I got the Toolbar installed in Chrome now. But in Firefox it is not cumming up in the Extension list there are only BEP and OSPREY, no TM Toolbar. In the window from Social Networking there is only Internet Explorer.I Think it is Dutch version related!!! If i install the Englisch version it happens to, but than the "password manager" get installed, in the Dutch version not.
