After running smart protection, I received a smart protection temporary ID 2188 to share with TM technical support team. How do I do that?

How did you run Smart Protection? Was it the same as the process shown on the link below?

Using the Trend Micro Anti-Threat Toolkit to analyze malware issues and clean infections - For Home and Home Office users

If so, then just by telling us your Smart Protection ID, we can search for it on our database.
 
Also, may I ask why you run this tool? Were you having problems with your computer?
