Since I renewed my subscription with trend micro my computer has been very sluggish online. Before I renewed I was zipping along great with trendmicro... I have optimized, checked for updates, cleaned up the computer and background stuff and I cant seem to get past the sluggish delays

Per your description, I assume that you're encountering the Web Browsing Performance issue. Here's a help article that addresses this issue. Please give this a try.
Resetting your web browser for performance and website redirection issues

Please also disable your Trend Micro Maximum Security temporarily to make sure this performance is due to Trend Micro Security product or not. We have a support page that explains how to do this:
Disabling or enabling your Trend Micro Security software

It's quite a few steps to perform, but please let us know how it goes.

If above solution does not work for you, could you provide a bit more detail? (e.g. detailed description of the issue, basic PC information, browser's name and version, when does this issue happens) So we can understand more background before recommending a solution.
